Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy ~ Due to perishability, returns on fresh fruit are NOT accepted. In the unfortunate event that fruit arrives in unacceptable conditions please email info@fruithunters.com within 24 hours of receiving fruit with CLEAR photos of the product highlighting the issues. If the box arrives damaged and/or late please submit a shipping claim with Fedex and contact us as well at info@fruithunters.com.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
